We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe it violates these Terms of Service.
7. Payment Terms
Access to certain features of labpropanova.mobi may require payment of fees. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your use of the services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by labpropanova.mobi.
Payments will be processed through a third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize labpropanova.mobi to charge your payment method for the fees incurred. You are responsible for any fees associated with your payment method, including any overdraft fees or charges.
We reserve the right to change our pricing and payment terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance, and your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing and payment terms.
8. Service Modifications
labpropanova.mobi reserves the right to modify or discontinue the services, or any part thereof, at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the services or any part thereof. Your continued use of the services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
If you do not agree to any changes, you must stop using the services immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, labpropanova.mobi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
In no event shall labpropanova.mobi’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
This limitation of liability is a fundamental basis of the bargain between you and labpropanova.mobi. If you do not agree to this limitation, you must not use the services.
10. Termination
These Terms of Service are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hr@labpropanova.mobi. labpropanova.mobi may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any terms of these Terms of Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
